Our family spent two nights in the “Serene” room at Villa Speciale, and the indoor pool opening into the living area was the first thing that made the place feel special. The black and white design is modern and striking, and the open layout put us in vacation mode right away. The room had a lot of useful touches. There were universal charging points by each bed, with USB-C and Lightning cables ready to use. Pool, bathtub, and shower areas connected smoothly, giving that part of the villa a spa feel. For our diving trip, having a washer and dryer was especially handy. The kitchen was a pleasure to use, with plenty of equipment and a collection of BALMUDA appliances, including an oven, rice cooker, and toaster. There were also premium toiletries and a full range of skincare products. It’s about five minutes from Churaumi Aquarium and roughly 20 minutes from the new JUNGLIA theme park, with the UNESCO World Heritage Yanbaru forests also within reach. We didn’t try the meal service, but the advance and same-day menus looked extensive and appealing. The staff were very kind and attentive, adding to our stay. This modern villa in Motobu gave us a lovely mix of privacy, comfort, and convenience. We’re already planning a return, and would recommend it to families, couples, or anyone after a special place in Okinawa.

I love this villa. The private pools are beautiful and large, and the staff were awesome and so helpful. Okinawa has a great new villa in “ speciale “, such an enchanting spot for relaxing. It’s worth every penny and more. I’m looking forward to coming again.

I’d love to come back in summer. The pool is fully private and out of sight, and there’s a sauna too. The high ceiling and appliances from 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗠𝗨𝗗𝗔 and Dyson give the place a luxurious feel. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at! My one wish was that the pool were heated in winter. 🏊

The staff, including the server, were all so kind, and we had a wonderful family trip. The kids liked using the inflatable rings in the pool, which opened straight off the living room. The water was room temperature, but the sauna gave us a way to warm up. We opened the central windows all the way and hardly any insects came in. Sitting there with the birdsong was soothing. Outside, there were lots of snails, which the kids enjoyed watching. Inside, the modern furnishings looked good and worked well, from the wall-mounted projector to the AUMONA and Dyson appliances. They’d also thought of practical things like plenty of hangers and a place for luggage.

The pool setup had an unusual plus: the wall behind it could be used as a theater screen. The pool itself is painted rather than tiled, so I felt it might scratch more easily, and having the building and exterior walls all around it made the space a little enclosed. Even with the air conditioning running and the pool’s front sliding doors open, the cool air didn’t seem to escape much. Fewer insects came in than I expected, which was convenient. I also liked having a mini-kitchen and small fridge upstairs, so I could get drinks or fix something without going down when I wanted to relax in the morning or evening. I booked because of the modern look, and the building and facilities were excellent. The Nihon Bed mattress was very comfortable. I tried ordering Chinese food for delivery, but I’d suggest getting groceries or eating out instead.
