The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the food was thoughtfully made with the ingredients in mind. Each dish looked ready for Instagram. I enjoyed the pool and can imagine this being a great place to unwind with yoga too. There’s a huge window overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with a spectacular view. When the weather’s good, the water is so clear it reminds me of southern Okinawa’s main island. The furnishings and building feel a little dated, but the hotel is stylish enough that it didn’t bother me. One thing to know is there’s no convenience store, as is common with resort hotels. I left satisfied.

The food was pretty tasty, though the servings were so big that I couldn’t finish some of them. I was satisfied with my stay. For a luxury spa resort, I think the service is exceptional compared with regular hotels. Room service included homemade sweets from the pastry chefs, Umajimura yuzu juice, mineral water, and more, which felt like good value. The library overlooking the ocean and the nighttime stargazing course were also satisfying touches.

Trying the deep-sea water pool for the first time felt so good that I stayed in for more than an hour. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and the staff were attentive throughout. I felt very comfortable and booked my next visit right away.
