I think this deserves at least 4.5 stars. The location is amazing, right next to the station, and the concierge and other staff were helpful. We rented a car, and parking is available in the lot next door, though I think it's free only from 3pm to 10am. For a no-frills business hotel, the amenities are surprisingly generous, even compared with higher-tier places. We had face masks, several pillow options, moisturizer and hair packs, bath salts, bath towels, and plenty more. Our double room was quite spacious and the toilet had a heated seat. Cleaning was every three days for environmental and staffing reasons unless requested otherwise, but you could choose to have only the towels changed. We’d come back.

Basic amenities and a room to Japanese standards, but it was affordable and good value. The hotel is well located near the train station for us. Check-in and check-out were done on a touchscreen. There was very little English and the service was basic, which was fine for the price.

After a long journey, this was just the right stopover. I had a cozy budget room for solo travelers, packed with amenities and super clean. It's only a quick, easy walk from the train station. Even checking in at 11pm and checking out were simple, and the staff were really friendly. Thanks, New Nagano Next!

A handy base for visiting places around Nagano. The staff greeted us with smiles and were very helpful. Breakfast is served in the Wendy’s restaurant, with the usual burgers and fries alongside a simple hotel breakfast. It's a simple, nice place for travelers.

Good breakfast, with Wendy's burgers and more. The hotel is close to the train stations, department store, and plenty of good places to eat. Best place to stay in Nagano.
