Set among the hills, the resort makes a great spot for a quiet, relaxing break. There are two excellent 18-hole golf courses to keep you busy. Highly recommended.

The children loved staying in the maisonette room. We also liked the large public bath in the adjacent clubhouse, though the 11:00 to 18:00 hours felt quite limited. It would be nice to have a small putting green where children could play. We booked just before a three-day weekend and found the price reasonable. The hotel is attached to the Pacific Golf Club and clearly geared toward golfers, but families are welcome too. Shiraito Falls, Asama Ranch, and Hoshino Terrace are all nearby. Breakfast covered the basics, and the onigiri station was a delicious extra.

The restaurant wasn't worth the price for me. Drinks were expensive, with a highball costing 1,200 yen, and announcements of the tournament results added to the noise. I'd recommend eating out during your stay. The rooms were clean, and the building, while a little old, was clean too. There's plenty of nature around and the air is fresh. Many guests seemed to be in their 50s or older and there for a golf tournament, so large groups often made loud moments in the lobby and restaurant. Service was polite, with no complaints. As hotels go, it was decent and pretty ordinary.

I was there for a company party, and it was a nice hotel that's part of the Pacific Club. Our four-person maisonette room was exciting. I would've liked a large public bath, though maybe that's asking too much. I'd love to stay again.
