My dad was here on a business trip, and my mom and I came along. The place was really clean and friendly, much like everywhere else we visited in Japan.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. There were tons of little flies on the wall as soon as I entered the room, especially around the vent leading outside. They were flying around everywhere and even on the sheets. I asked to change rooms, but the hotel was fully booked, so it couldn't be done. It was November and the room was getting warm, but the air conditioner was broken and didn't blow any air. I asked the front desk to help. They lightly cleaned the room, but the air conditioning still didn't work. They did offer a complimentary drink, but there was no partial refund. I left very disappointed.
