The location made getting around Nagasaki easy, with a tram stop nearby and Nagasaki Train station just across the road via an overpass with elevators and escalators. Reception were friendly and gave me a couple of places to eat. Our single twin room felt more like a serviced apartment, with its own washing machine and the bathroom separate from the toilet. I’d stay here again.

The rooms were clean, the service was friendly, the location was good, and the price was low. The drawbacks were pretty clear, though. Breakfast was just sandwiches at reception, with no dining room or hot food, and check-in didn't start until 4:00 PM. The reception staff didn't speak English, so we had to communicate through Google Translator. The water was only warm, never hot.
We stayed for three weeks, and the price was very attractive for such a long visit. The one-bedroom apartment suited us well, with enough space and a kitchen and bathroom. Most of the staff were on point, but one middle-aged employee at reception repeatedly couldn't tell us where the nearest larger parking lot or coin telephone was. Those seemed like common questions. There also wasn't a phone at reception for us to call a landline and confirm attraction bookings, which is sometimes required. We'd gladly book again.
Getting around was convenient, with a long-distance bus stop nearby, including a route to the airport, and a tram stop close by too. The hotel itself was very nice, with high-quality rooms and a lobby inspired by Star Wars, which was cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it for either a short or long stay.
The one downside was having only a single lift. Otherwise, the kitchenette was handy for cooking, and there was a washing machine, though no dryer. The bathroom ventilation function helped with drying things. The check-in office has moved closer to Coruscant Hotel II :) The hotel is near JR Nagasaki station.
