The room was far bigger than I expected for the price, with several beds, a large couch, two big smart TVs with Netflix, a washing machine, kitchen, two bathrooms, and two AC units. Everything was clean and there were plenty of amenities. I'd book it again if I returned to Nagasaki with a larger group. Getting around was easy, with sightseeing spots, bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and shops all within walking distance. Nagasaki Station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Check-in and checkout are both done yourself on a tablet.

A lovely little apartment, nicely furnished, with a mini kitchen and full laundry setup in the room, including a dryer and detergent. Check-in uses a code you should receive before arrival, then you enter your details on the tablet in the entrance hall to get the room code. Nagasaki train station is a five-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

Worst stay I've had. We waited outside the glass door for more than an hour and got no communication before check-in day. There was no access code or staff to help. Completely unacceptable, and I can't recommend it.

The location was convenient and easy to find, but the stay left a lot to be desired. The tablet wouldn't work for check-in, and it took about 30 minutes of calls to sort out after several calls went unanswered. I was worried we wouldn't get in. Once inside, the room wasn't very clean. There were leftover things in the kitchen, the couch was dirty, and the bed may have had bedbugs. Apart from that, our few days were good. The other reviews for this place seem staged and possibly fake, so be careful.
