We booked a double room on the 8th floor after finding the hotel online. It's quite new, and ours was the only guest room on that floor, so it was quiet and private. The staff were great and really friendly. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nagasaki.

I had a comfortable stay and the location was great. The service was friendly, and the reception was amazing. Miyu-san was especially friendly and professional, thank you, Miyu-san! Takumi-san was also very friendly and hospitable. He made me an awesome welcome drink, and I'm still thinking about it. Highly recommended.

Check-in and checkout were self-service, with a simple process. We had a good stay for the money. The carpet in our double room wasn't very clean, and I found a hair on the bedsheet. The shower room and toilet are on separate floors, which could feel quite chilly in the colder seasons.

It's family-run, and the staff are friendly. The place is super clean and modern, with a great little bar serving craft beer and Nagasaki shochu. Guests also get a free welcome drink. The location is great too!

The staff are so sweet, the hostel is very clean, and the location is amazing. There's an elevator, and the shower is nice, with good pressure. They even provide soap, lotion, a toothbrush, and other toiletries. Fancy! There was a place to lock my bike outside at the back. Laundry facilities are a two-minute walk away. The only issue is there's no kitchen. They have a kettle and microwave, but I couldn't fill the kettle with water because it doesn't fit under the sink. It would be great if they put larger bottles of water in the lounge.
