Really awesome place, with great food and a nice atmosphere.

We were there in late January as a family with our toddler, and didn’t have a rental car. The shuttle from the bus terminal and the option to eat at the inn appealed to me, and the price was a big draw too, since toddlers stay free when they don’t need a bed or meals. I’d worried the place might feel too "yay" based on the outside and website, but the owner came across as honest and kind while also giving us space. I felt very comfortable. There’s no safe for valuables, so I’d bring a waist pouch or something. I don’t expect theft, but worrying about it can be stressful. I’d use this place again.

The staff were incredibly kind, and I had a great time barbecuing with them. I’d hoped to chat with other people at the barbecue during my solo motorcycle trip, but unfortunately everyone else couldn’t make it because of the typhoon. What a shame! The owner seems to know everything about sea activities, with loads of options available. I didn’t have time to try stand-up paddleboarding this visit, but I’d like to return and spend a full day fishing.

There’s a vending machine that sells beer, and a Max Value nearby, though traffic can get backed up, so it’s better to shop beforehand. The dorm has bunk beds, with curtains or other partitions between the sleeping spaces, making it feel safe if you’re used to sharing a room. There’s just one shower and one toilet, so you might have to wait when it’s busy.
