The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned well, but the air conditioner filters had a moldy smell that was really unpleasant. There was also a strong incense scent. That's a matter of personal taste, but I think it's best to avoid it. BBQs are available, though you need to reserve well in advance. That requirement isn't stated anywhere, so anyone who wants to join should apply early. There's no bathtub either, so this won't suit people who want to soak in one.

I booked through Agoda in February for two rooms and two nights at the end of the month. When the pneumonia epidemic broke out, I had to cancel my Okinawa trip. The hotel had already been paid, and the hotel told me it would arrange a refund. I knew these things could take business days, so I waited about two weeks before checking with my credit card company. They said there was no refund request. I contacted the hotel again, but it stopped replying. I kept waiting and reaching out to the card company, thinking refunds through some websites can take a while. At the end of May, I finally contacted Agoda customer service directly. They said they'd ask the hotel for details, then replied that day that the hotel said it had processed the refund on May 30th. Agoda asked me to check with my card company again in two weeks. It was strange that the hotel had vanished and stopped answering me, yet Agoda could reach them. I asked Agoda for the refund receipt to give me, since by then I was starting to suspect I'd been scammed. The receipt led nowhere. In mid-June I checked again, and there was still no refund. Agoda asked us to wait until June 26th, saying two weeks meant working days excluding holidays. I reluctantly accepted. On June 26th, as usual, no payment had arrived. When I called Agoda again, they asked me to send my credit card statements from February through June to prove I hadn't been refunded. They said their company would refund me directly. That felt terrible. Instead of the hotel proving it had refunded me, I was being asked to prove I hadn't received the money. I contacted Agoda again on July 6th. They said they couldn't reach the hotel either, but would process the refund for me first. More than four months on, I'm still waiting for the money. The hotel didn't just handle things passively, it disappeared. How can customers feel safe booking with a hotel like this? Think carefully before booking.

The facilities are complete, and the surroundings are comfortable and clean!
