The room felt more like an apartment, and while it was a bit old and the cleaning could've been better, it was mostly fine for the low price. The bathroom only has a shower. It's in a residential area, but near the station there are convenience stores and places to eat. I came by motorcycle and they were happy to let me park, which was great. The station is close, too.

The inn is close to the station and, surprisingly, it's quiet despite being just a short walk from an area packed with restaurants. It feels like good value for a budget stay. Some rooms smell of cigarettes, so ask for a non-smoking one if smoke bothers you. Wi-Fi quality seems to depend on the room, so check with the front desk if you aren't sure. For an extra 600 yen, guests can get a nicely prepared Japanese breakfast set. It needs advance preparation, so book early enough to arrive in time.

I heard from customers at Nine Lives Karaoke Bar Snack that the hotel is inexpensive and clean, and that the snack bar is friendly. They said you can come back late after drinking and still enjoy yourself without worrying. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The rooms are set up more like studios, with a sink, fridge, kettle, and even a cooktop, which could be handy for a longer stay. Breakfast was tasty, and you serve yourself the rice. It's also easy to get around: Jōshin Station is very close, and dinner is simple to find with Furaibō and a convenience store within walking distance. Nagoya Castle is a pleasant walk of about 30 minutes, or you can drive. If the lot is full, there are plenty of other parking choices nearby. I'd probably stay here again for work in the area.
