I had to leave and pay for another hotel because, for health reasons, I couldn't stay in the room they gave me. I'd booked a non-smoking room through Chase, but at check-in they put me in a smoking room and said no non-smoking rooms were available. Even after I showed them my reservation, they insisted I'd booked a smoking room. They also refused a refund since I'd already used the reservation. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

A handy spot for visiting Nagoya, close to Fushimi station. The breakfast was better than what you usually get at hotels, and the welcome drink setup was pretty good too.

For the price, the hotel is nice and the rooms have more space than others in the same range. The area is a red light district, so it may not suit children. If soaplands don't bother you, I'd give it four stars.
