The room was a comfortable mid-range one, and I was satisfied with its size, bathroom, and cleanliness. The amenities were easy to browse, and choosing a room and checking in went smoothly. I left my wallet on the lobby counter, and they kept it safe for me. I’d read some reviews and felt a little concerned, but I’m glad I chose this hotel. I didn’t see any hair or experience the service complaints about the female staff that I’d read elsewhere. Their instructions for leaving were clear, and they moved quickly. I found the service polite and capable. I checked in on a weekend night when a few rooms were still available. This review is late, but thank you for your help. I’d stay again if I’m nearby.

For the price, this was good value compared with other hotels in Otsuka, and I’d stay again. I was looking for the cheapest rate the day before a holiday, and this was the first result with breakfast, so I booked. You can pick Japanese food such as rice balls or a Western option like toast, bacon, and scrambled eggs. They apparently require guests to fill in a form at the counter with their address, birth date, and phone number. I’m not sure those details are really required. When I arrived just before 10 PM, there were no rooms available, so I was glad I’d reserved. The room was bigger than at the other hotels I’d stayed in and looked clean at first, though the fine details didn’t seem especially well maintained. The TV was at the foot of the bed, but the bed was high enough that it was hard to watch while lying down. They provided pajama top and bottoms, possibly one size fits all, so bring your own if that concerns you. The air conditioning smelled nice at times, but I didn’t really need it while sleeping, lol.

Room 601 was spotless, even in the little details, and I slept comfortably. It looked great in photos too. I was also pleased by the shampoo bar selection and the drink bar, which had as many choices as one at a family restaurant. The room had coupons for 50% and 30% off, so I’d like to come back soon. This was my first stay. Most rooms were full, but 601 was available. The entrance by the room panel looked more beautiful and luxurious than any I’d seen, and the waiting room was decorated like a pond, which was really nice♪(^smile^). The staff member who answered the phone was kind and helpful, and this has become one of my favorite hotels. I was happy they offered free breakfast in September and October ( ´ω` ).
