I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was far too hard for me, and I couldn’t get much rest. I’ve generally had better experiences in Japan using Airbnbs. The hostel and neighborhood are both quiet, and the place is close to Asakusabashi station and a few convenience stores. Staff were helpful and cool. Facilities were generally clean, but my blanket smelled like it hadn’t been washed.

We booked a private room for four and found it clean, as were the shared bathrooms. The price was comparatively inexpensive for Tokyo, and the neighborhood was quiet. It’s a short walk to the station, and helpful posters share information about local attractions and events. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is toast, jam, and hard-boiled eggs. The shared dining room had a lively feel, with guests playing games and relaxing. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient, about a five-minute walk from the JR line, and the facilities are adequate. I had a clean, spacious private room. The fourth floor seems like it would be noisy because of the kitchen and common area. Staff were okay, though less friendly than at other hostels I’ve stayed at in Japan. There are cheaper and better hostels in Tokyo.

The lockers are pretty small, though I managed to put my things on the shelf above my bed. Everything else made for a comfortable stay: lots of blankets, hot showers, tea whenever you want it, and a solid free breakfast. The hostel was super clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. I’d definitely come back.

I was only here briefly, but the service and staff were amazing. When I lost my shoes, they went out of their way to help me look. They’d been put on a shelf overnight. As you’d expect in a hostel, there’s no private bedroom, though some people will enjoy the company. The location near Asakusabashi station makes it easy to get around Tokyo. Breakfast is simple but filling, with plenty of jams, teas, and coffees. The lockers fit a backup and small items, but not a large suitcase.
