The owner lives nearby and was ready to help whenever needed. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though check-in itself was a quick, convenient self-service process after we filled in the forms online. We had expected check-in to be entirely self-service. We stayed as a family in 2026, and the house was perfect for us. It had been newly renovated and was spotless, with plenty of room: two shared sleeping rooms and another room with a Western-style bed. The appliances, tableware, and kitchenware were complete and top-of-the-line. Nagoya Station is within walking distance, and there's a supermarket nearby. Thanks for the hospitality. We'll definitely stay again on our next family trip.

We were seven people, including my daughter's family and grandchildren, but with several rooms upstairs it was easy to sort out where everyone would sleep. The living room and bath were both much larger than I expected, which made us happy. The interior felt new, stylish, and modern, and the place was clean. The kitchen area was so convenient that I could imagine living there. It's close to the station and has parking, which made it easier than a hotel when traveling with children and older relatives. The price was just right too. Thanks for all your kindness. We'd love to stay again.

The host was especially friendly and easy to talk to, and the futons were really comfortable. We had seven people, including a friend's family, and wanted the kids to share a room, so we looked around and found Hakuga. It was incredibly clean and spacious, and the kids could run around and play. There were card games and other things provided for everyone to enjoy together.
