The hotel itself was okay, but the staff and service weren't. I felt one staff member treated us differently because we were Filipino and kept getting mad at us. We landed at midnight, and our check-in wasn't until 2 p.m. He told us to leave the hotel right away and not sleep in the lobby, even though it was a holiday, everywhere was fully booked, and the restaurant was closed. My siblings include a six-year-old. When we came back at 7 a.m., freezing, he had turned off the heater and switched on the AC. He was really rude, and I don't recommend this hotel. Please change your staff. I'm going to post a story time about it on my TikTok account.

Breakfast was a good bargain at 550 yen, especially since regular coffee at the nearby coffee shop costs 400 yen. It was all-you-can-eat, with Japanese breakfast as well as toast and coffee. I felt safe here, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was great; there are some pachinko places nearby, but they didn't bother me. I was really satisfied and would definitely choose this place again if I return to Nagoya.

The room was a decent size, and the price was very reasonable. Nice hotel in central Nagoya.
