I only went in to use the public bath, not stay at the hotel. The bath was okay, but not a favorite. There were several kinds of sauna rooms, and I liked the outdoor area with natural sunlight. The water was fine, though it wasn't from a natural spring. The place was just okay for cleanliness, less clean than I prefer. Razors, shaving cream and lotions were only available to buy. The 200 yen razor cut my chin up pretty badly. Apeiser, a couple of blocks closer to the subway, is much cleaner and costs a little less.

The staff were very kind. It's a good spot for IMAIKE GO NOW, with IMAIKE sta. subway nearby and easy access to anywhere in Nagoya. B: Premium, PC room, massage 1F: Desk, Sauna 2F: Locker room, mahjong room, restaurant, rest room for sleeping or manga 3F: Capsule room, rest room Good, good.

There was plenty of space, and it felt comfortable with so few people around. I liked the large manga selection and the spacious bathrooms. The daily changing bath, open-air hot spring, and tub-like bath were fun options. At the dining room I had Taiwanese fried chicken, ramen and chuhai, all excellent in taste and portion size. Breakfast had lots of choices, and I was glad to have the pork miso soup. I'd been going to Sakae until now, but Imaike has its own good points, so I'd like to visit both. I was here on vacation. Imaike Station was a bit of a walk, and in summer you might sweat. The facilities are somewhat old, and the maze-like layout took me a while to figure out. The sauna is small, so August might be a tough time to visit. Everything else was great. Thanks!
