I stayed four nights, and everything else was fine. The hotel breakfast was really tasty, and the place was beautiful, clean, and tidy. You could see they put care into it. I booked partly because the lobby looked relaxing, and it was nice to sit there for a while whenever I came or went, without rushing. There's an onsen on the top floor, a convenience store downstairs on the corner, and a shopping mall across the road. A shuttle bus to Pasco City leaves from one side of the mall for ¥300. The other facilities were good enough. My room was really small, so I rearranged things to use the space better. I think a desk would be more useful than a sofa. In the end I put the little table next to the cabinet, which worked better. 27-31/3/25 🧳

My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed it. The public bath isn't tattoo-friendly, though. There are washers and dryers, and parking on site for about ¥1,000 a night. It can be competitive at night, with public parking a few minutes' walk away as another option. The staff were lovely from check-in through checkout, whether at breakfast, reception, or housekeeping. The location was perfect, with everything close by. We did find bugs in the room, so we tried to avoid eating there as much as possible. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Okinawa and staying in the Naha area.

I've visited Japan for more than two decades, and Okinawa has always been a lovely place to see. This isn't my family's first stay at this hotel, which I've generally thought was a nice one. The room was very clean, the location is convenient for the car rental center, parking was adequate, and there's a large mall with restaurants nearby. This time, my family had a minor traffic accident near the hotel. Thankfully nobody was hurt. I was using an internet phone and couldn't make local calls, so I drove back hoping someone could call the rental company and help me communicate with them. I speak only limited Japanese, so it was quite stressful. I explained the problem to a male receptionist on the second floor. He seemed indifferent, dialed a number, said nobody answered, then sent me away without helping even after I asked again. It felt unusual to expect compassion as a kind of luxury from hotel staff at a tourist destination, when someone has an urgent need. I then asked a female staff member, who was very helpful and professional. She listened, reached the responsible staff at the 7/24 car centre right away, and followed up on the procedures until everything was resolved. I'm sincerely grateful to her. I hope the earlier interaction was just a misunderstanding. Either way, I'll still choose this hotel next time I visit Okinawa.

It's a quiet hotel, popular with tourists for its good value and location. The rooms are clean, and there's a heated bath on the top floor. You can replenish free toiletries in the lobby, including an excellent milky lotion for after a soak. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and understand English well. The hotel is across from T-galleria DFS, where many rental cars are returned. Parking costs ¥1,100 per entry, and the Okinawa museum is just across the road too. It's a short walk, partly sheltered, to omoromachi station, two stops from the Kokusai Dori shopping belt.

I spent 8 comfortable days here. The public bath and breakfast were nice extras, and they provided bathrobes. It’s a calm area, with Kokusai Street three stops away, so getting back to the airport leaves you some breathing room. Nearby you’ve got a mall, supermarket, DFS, car rental, and cinema. The bus stop also serves places like the aquarium, zoo, and Aeon Pokémon Center, and Tomari Port is close for trips to islands such as Zamami. Highly recommended for a stay in Okinawa.
