We could leave our bags at reception before check-in and after check-out, which made it much easier to explore. Free coffee on level 3 was another nice little perk. The hotel itself is modern, clean, cozy, and in a great spot, with easy access to Kokusai Dori and right in front of Asato Station, so getting around Okinawa was easy. Our room was comfortable, though the pillow felt too hard for me. All in all, it was a lovely stay, and I'd recommend Azat Hotel to anyone wanting a central base in Okinawa.

Our stay in Okinawa became especially memorable thanks to the housekeeping staff who cleaned on January 8th and 11th. We'd never met them, but they took such care with the room and left it super clean. Thank you for making sure Stitch had a blanket, as my daughter put it.

The breakfast buffet had both East and Western style food, and I really enjoyed it. The staff service was excellent, too. The room was Japanese style, with futons to sleep on, and the hotel was quiet and well kept. There's also an Onsen, with hot water that felt refreshing. I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting Beppu.

The location is excellent, right by the monorail station, around half an hour from Naha airport, a 10-minute walk to the main road, Kokusai-dori, and close to Tsuboya Pottery Street. I stayed at HOTEL AZAT NAHA for two nights, 25-27 OCT 2025, and booked a double bed, but the hotel had just pushed two twin single beds together. I can accept that the room and mattress are old, and that there were stains on the carpet and shower curtain. The rate wasn't expensive, but calling that setup a "double bed" felt like a kind of cheat for a hotel ranked 3*.

The bed was clean and the location was nice, but the room had a dirty-socks or shoes smell, and the bathroom smelled like urine in a public urinal. There were stains on the carpet, and the WiFi barely worked. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
