The place has plenty of room for people, two bathrooms and two toilets, a kitchen with a bubble water machine, and even a massage chair. It's not far from the monorail or Kokusai Street, and there's parking for a small car. But the room rate isn't cheap, and the Wi-Fi is extremely slow. The soundproofing is poor because it's next to a main road, and the pub beside it plays music very loudly late at night. The room's exhaust fan is noisy too.

It's a clean, spacious duplex on the second floor, and the place feels upscale. The only cooking appliance is a microwave. Since the building sits right beside a main road, you have to enter from the sidewalk. If you come through the alley, you need to back the car toward the sidewalk. It's close to Kokusai Street and near a monorail station. Head toward the park and it's a quieter area with few tourists and shops mainly for locals. One inconvenience is that the bathrooms and toilets are on separate floors.

The kitchen has everything, and there are lots of beds. There's a second-floor balcony where you can smoke. It's around a 6-minute walk to International Street, and the monorail is close too.
