The apartment is a short 500m walk from Tsubogawa Monorail Station, with a 7-11, Lawson, pharmacy, and large Maxvalue supermarket across the road nearby. The supermarket was under renovation. There’s a lot of room, with three bedrooms and enough space for at least 13 people, plus more room in the spare room and TV area. The stay was fine overall, but there’s only one bathroom and one WC for everyone. The beds have no raised frames, so you have to crawl in and out, and sleeping wasn’t very comfortable. The apartment is 5m up on the second level, with no lift, which is a real challenge for people carrying heavy luggage, older guests, or anyone with mobility problems.

There are lots of rooms and beds, with plenty of space for large families or groups of friends. It has a dining area, living room, and even an outdoor space. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, convenience stores, fast food places, and a Don Quijote a short walk away. Tsubogawa Station is very close too. Keep in mind that reaching the entrance means climbing stairs to the second floor, so it may not suit people with mobility issues.

Hi landlord, we stayed on the second floor for one day last year and really liked the place. We’d like to rent it again for two days from April 14th to 16th next year. Has it been rented out already?

I was surprised by how comfortable it was. The Max Value right across from it is handy too, and parking there costs just 1,000 yen a day as long as you shop at the store. I only wish I’d known what was already in the room before packing condiments and other things. They were all provided. I took a picture!

There aren’t many places that can sleep 17 people, and we were all really comfortable with how much space there was. Having a 24-hour supermarket right outside was convenient too.
