Hotel From Okinawa

Could someone explain how to check in for a flight and hotel package reservation? Thanks.

We had a great time there. I really liked the atmosphere.

Comfortable and clean.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in, despite having spent at least 100 nights traveling in many countries. I wouldn't return even if the price were lower than what I paid, or even if the stay were free. Avoid it. The room smelled damp and musty as soon as I walked in. Running the air conditioner on dehumidify didn't help. When I climbed to the bunk bed and looked at the unit, it was so dusty I couldn't tell when its filter had last been cleaned. Dust covered the corners, the carpet seemed like it might never have been cleaned, and there were hairs on the blankets that weren't ours. The mattress had dust and other debris on it too. The blankets and pillows all smelled musty, and airing out the room before we left didn't clear the damp smell. Noise from outside came through easily. I could hear the elevator and sounds from the floor above, which made sleeping difficult. There was more parking nearby than I'd expected, so renting a car was fine, but getting to the parking lot directly was inconvenient. Even after we stayed several nights, towels weren't replaced. As a self-service hotel, it might sound nice to have no staff around, but the trash wasn't promptly taken out or emptied either. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service.
