The bed was comfortable, and I had a quiet night. The room looked okay at first, but it smelled strongly of mold, and the old carpet looked dirty. Service was basically nonexistent and nowhere near Japanese standards. The onsen may sound appealing, but I didn't think the stay was worth it. I was glad it was only one night; otherwise, I would have complained about the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

There are plenty of places to eat and go out nearby, and the large public bath is nice. I found the capsules comfortable, and even with lots of guests around, it stayed reasonably quiet. I think the jacuzzi costs extra. They also offer regular rooms, though those are more expensive.

For the price, it was relatively clean, and that's about all I can praise. My capsule felt close to 100 degrees, and pressing its fan button barely did anything. Someone beside me snored through the night. I know that's part of the risk with capsule hotels, but it was still annoying, and I couldn't sleep at all. The hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood, too.

I had a great stay at the Green 💚 Rich Hotel. The rooms felt spacious and comfortable, which stood out since standard rooms in many Naha hotels are small. I didn't get to try the "artificial hotspring" or breakfast, so maybe next time. I liked it a lot more than APA hotel.

Capsule guests, please read this. My first capsule had awful stains and bugs, though I couldn't tell what kind they were. I changed beds, but the second capsule had the same problem. The third was only a little better. There was no proper apology, free upgrade or other compensation. I'd avoid staying here if you don't want to risk bug bites.
