My two rings were stolen from my room during my four-day stay. I told the staff, and the woman I spoke to was rude and didn't apologize. Since entry requires a hotel card, I believe the only people who could get into the room were hotel staff. I've reported the incident and am going to take legal action because this is a criminal matter. The security feels terrible. People can get into your room, and that's dangerous. The staff were very rude. Be careful about staying here.
