Novotel Okinawa Naha

The location works well if you want to stay away from the city center’s bustle or if you’re an All Accor member looking to use member benefits. It’s near Shuri Castle Park, with a convenience store and restaurant onsite. Public transport is close by: a bus stop is just steps away, while Shuri Station, the nearest Yui Rail stop, is about a 20-minute walk. I booked a standard twin room for two nights in late January 2026. I arrived in Naha late at night and check-in went smoothly. The room was clean and compact. The hotel is outside the center, and the drive from the airport takes about 10-15 minutes.

We liked the room size, and everything was neat, clean, and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the shower and bath were good. The pool was the highlight for us, with an amazing view of Naha. We spent a few enjoyable hours there in the late afternoon and stayed past sunset. We recently spent a couple of nights at Novotel Okinawa. It didn’t tick every box, and there’s room to improve, especially in customer service and the breakfast buffet.

The views and location were the highlights of our three nights at Novotel Okinawa. The room was comfortable enough, though parts of the hotel felt dated. My separate-bed request wasn't met, since the two beds had been pushed together, and I didn't get late checkout despite being a member. Breakfast was around $20+, which felt steep for what was offered. A decent stay, but the service and value could be better.

The staff made my solo trip especially pleasant. Everyone was helpful, and one young woman kept calling a restaurant to get me a reservation while I was out exploring the island. I really appreciated that. Novotel Okinawa Naha also had nice rooms, a gym I used, parking, a cafe, a restaurant, and a market for little necessities. Getting there was easy with Google Maps, and the lodging price seemed reasonable. I had a quiet stay and would book again. I only deducted a point because parking had been advertised at one price, which influenced my booking, but cost more when I checked in. I hadn't been told about the change ahead of time.
