The location is phenomenal, the price is reasonable, and the staff were great and very helpful. But I barely slept during my whole stay because the pillows are so hard, and there was no way to switch to different ones.

Small rooms, but comfortable, and the staff were really attentive. It's an affordable, nice hotel with the monorail right at the door. You can walk to lots of places from there.

We had a free upgrade to a really spacious room and enjoyed our one-night stay. It was quiet and clean, and the WiFi worked well on the second floor. The location was good, about a block from the monorail. Rear self-parking cost ¥800, though oddly they had to keep our car keys.

The room was clean and quiet, and the service was good. The front desk staff were nice, and free printing was available. Breakfast was good too. The hotel is conveniently close to the rail and bus stations, a mall, and convenience stores.
