It's a fairly large hotel about 1km from the monorail station, split between the main building and the tower spa building. A passageway connects the spa tower on 3F to the main building on 2F. My room was cosy and roomy enough to open my luggage, with two double beds, a safe, fridge, boiler, espresso machine, nice TV, small table, two armchairs, and a balcony with seats. The bathroom had a Japanese toilet washlet and a bath with a shower, plus an onsen water tap. There are two onsens, one included and another you pay for. I tried the free one and liked it, but didn't try the paid one. The pool is small, with children everywhere, so it's not really swimmable. Shops are on 1F, and there are two supermarkets nearby. I'd go to the one a little farther away since it has more choices. The shower can suddenly get dangerously hot, and the wifi could be better.

We had a great vacation in Okinawa and really enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel. Loisir Hotel Resort, Soa Tower is a luxury hotel in a nice spot, close to Naha bus terminal and Asahibashi station. ALOHA❗️

The seaside behind the hotel is lovely for a walk or jog, and there's a big market nearby that opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 11:00 PM. I liked the big terrace and the ocean view from the room where I stayed with my son. The bathroom was very clean. The TV was small and didn't connect to YouTube or Netflix, but all in all, the stay was excellent.

We picked this hotel for the pool, but there was no warning while booking that tattoos could keep you from using the facilities. I knew that might apply to the Onsen, but banning tattoos at the Pool and gym seems ridiculous. The first room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it made me nauseous. The hotel and its hallways felt dirty and smoky, and the room was dated with dirty carpet. After two days they moved us, but the new room's AC was loud and had a high-pitched shrill noise. The location wasn't great either. I found it overrated online, not foreigner friendly, and a huge disappointment. I'd spend my money elsewhere.

It's a good hotel with a spacious, clean room, nice amenities, and an onsen. The gym was tiny and had barely any equipment for such a large hotel. It's also a bit far from the monorail, and public transportation isn't very convenient. Still, I had a good stay and would come back.
