Mr.KINJO in Color'z Kuninda

For the price, this was very reasonable, and I had a comfortable stay. It's a fairly new, clean apartment hotel with a kitchen and more room than I expected. The kitchen was a bit of a letdown, though, since there were no pots or dishes. I was also bothered by plastic bottles and other rubbish under the bed, and having only one key was inconvenient. Thanks very much.

A convenience store right across the road was handy. If the weather's good, you can walk to Naha Bus Terminal and Yui Rail's Asahibashi Station without trouble. I expected the room to be really dirty, but it was much cleaner than I thought. The air conditioning had some dark stains, though it didn't smell and cooled properly. The dim lighting made it hard to write, and the musty elevator was a pain.

The convenience store is just 30 seconds away. The room has a big refrigerator and microwave, and was comfortable. I liked the large, easy-to-watch TV and the bathroom heating, which helps prevent heat shock. There's a balcony for laundry, but the room faces the road, so there's some noise. Pajamas cost extra, and the cups are plastic, so bringing your own is a good idea.

I called to extend my stay and said I'd given the wrong room number. Mr. T⚪ got angry at me for providing it, as if there were no way he could have made a mistake himself. He rang the internship again and again, when one call should have been enough to sort it out. It was unreasonable, and his attitude was extremely rude. I wonder where he's from. This is Japan. I don't know if he's from Okinawa, but he should treat customers properly. Mr. Kinjo only hires overseas staff, it seems, and doesn't train them properly. That's very disappointing. I'll never use him again. They should stop using him.
