Okinawa Hinode Hotel has one wheelchair-accessible room, called the “Universal Room,” on the 3rd floor. The elevator makes it easy to reach, and from there it's only a short walk with a couple of small turns. The room was surprisingly spacious for a city hotel, with no steps to navigate. There was plenty of room to move around, and the bed height worked well for my mom. The controls were thoughtfully placed too. Most light switches and the temperature controls were low enough for her to reach. The hotel felt calm and welcoming, a relaxing place to come back to after a day out. The front desk and all the staff were kind, patient, and professional, and helped us with everything we needed. Their warm manner and genuine smiles made a real difference. Breakfast and service both exceeded our expectations. I'd recommend Okinawa Hinode Hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, mobility-accessible room and great hospitality in Okinawa. We'd happily stay again on our next visit.

The hotel was consistently impressive during my stay of just under a week in March. Staff were excellent, spoke English well, and answered my questions about how things worked on the island. Breakfast was amazing, especially the French toast, which I've missed since leaving. There were also free drinks and food during the day, plus classes for activities such as making Takoyaki. It's very close to the monorail, so getting to and from the airport is easy. I'll stay here again!

After traveling all over Japan, this was our favorite hotel. The rooms were very clean, and I appreciated that everything was replaced for us each morning. We also had a great view from the upper floors and were close to popular attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Free drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, along with ice cream and late-night snacks, were a nice bonus. I'd highly recommend staying here.

It's only a few minutes from the train station and close to amenities. The car park attendant was very polite when we explained that we were waiting for the rental company to pick us up. We enjoyed the free-flow drinks, including alcohol, and the complimentary ramen, which came with a choice of miso or tonkatsu soup.

The rooms were nice, and the location is convenient, very close to the monorail. There's parking on site, though it is expensive. We were just a couple, but the place struck us as very family-friendly. There were a lot of Taiwanese tourists, and Level 2 had free-flow drinks and beer, plus spaces where families could hang out.
