The thoughtful staff made the stay especially nice. Check-in and checkout were easy, with clear signs to the lobby on the second floor. We skipped room cleaning for a day with the “Do Not Disturb” sign, and they left a bag of essentials instead, which was such a lovely surprise. We spent three nights here with a baby and found it comfortable and convenient for our four-day, three-night visit to Okinawa without a rental car. The room was tidy, fairly new, and everything worked. We chose a twin room for the extra space, and you can push the two mattresses together to make a king. The bathroom was particularly spacious. We didn’t have breakfast because of our schedule. Family Mart is just around the corner with plenty of things, including interesting breakfast options. The room felt somewhere between three and four stars, but the price was competitive, so no complaints. I’d recommend it.

The top-floor room was quiet and peaceful, with lots of space and good facilities. The location was great too, close to a convenience store, the sky train station, and the busy walking street. Restaurants and bars are nearby. I really loved this place and would recommend it. Breakfast was the one drawback. There are only Japanese or Western set menus, and staying five nights made that limited choice a bit boring, even though the ingredients were good. Parking is available for a fee. I’d book ahead to make sure you get a spot.

The low bed and sofa might not suit everyone, and breakfast got repetitive. There are only two set choices, Japanese or Western, with free-flow drinks, and the menu doesn’t change. We still found it good value for our first trip to Okinawa. The room looked smaller than the photos but was comfortable and easy to move around in, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, parking lots around the hotel, and the main shopping district is a 15-20 minute walk away. A good base for checking out Nara.

The lobby bar’s all-you-can-drink option and breakfast were nice perks. There’s good shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby, plus the monorail. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful, and I’d definitely stay again.

After my stay at the Asakusa location in 2023, I associated the PROSTYLE chain with luxury and high quality, so this was disappointing. The much cheaper price made it acceptable for me, though. Check-in felt a little chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, which made things feel cold. The room had plenty of equipment, but despite the hotel’s age, there was already wear everywhere: stains and scratches on the floor that I couldn’t clean off, loose bathroom wallpaper, a battered-looking cupboard, and peeling color on the faucet. Cleanliness was an issue too. There were so many hairs in the shower that I cleaned it before using it, and there was a stain in the fridge. Compared with the Prostyle Ryokan in Tokyo Asakusa where I’d stayed before, this hotel had several shortcomings.
