The bathroom was clean and had no smell, which I always worry about at a budget-friendly hotel. The room was clean too. Getting in and out was smooth, though I only dealt with the staff for check-in and check-out, so I can’t really judge their service beyond that. I didn’t try the breakfast buffet, so I can’t comment on the food. There’s a supermarket nearby, and the breakfast items I bought there were delicious. The location is decent: one monorail station is within walking distance, and the ride from the airport takes about 35 minutes. A taxi from the hotel to the airport cost less than 2,000 yen.

The staff were good, and the location was decent. The washroom was a nice size, but on my first visit I found five or six little flies in there, which was gross. The bedding was okay, though I wouldn’t recommend the futon. Breakfast was decent too. There are so many hotels in Naha that I’d definitely try another one next time.

The restaurant manager greeted me every morning and stayed patient and thoughtful even when I ate late. Miss KUMAL was especially kind. She let me arrive a little before check-in and gave me a hug after hearing I’d come to rest because I was sick. Her caring support is a big part of what makes Lambert Naha Hotel shine. It’s spacious, clean and comfortable, with a warm feel. I’ll definitely go to Okinawa.

Breakfast had a really wide selection, and the service was pleasant. The hotel is modern and clean, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. It’s near both the train station and the sea, which is nice for a walk. One thing that may take some getting used to is how strictly they stick to the rules. Check-in is at 15.00, and you have to wait until then. We were exhausted after a journey of nearly 30 hours. Also, the reception is on the first floor, which felt unusual.

The room was on the small side, but cozy and big enough for two. It was quiet and peaceful, and you can walk to convenience stores and restaurants. The hotel is nice, and the amenities, including pajamas, were good. Breakfast wasn’t amazing.
