Everything was clean, and the host got back to me quickly. I booked on the same day I checked in, and it all went smoothly.

The room was unhygienic and small, with an uncomfortable toilet. The TV is small too, and from the lower floors the view isn’t very good. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a high-quality room.
Parking was easy to find nearby, even late at night. The Times lot downstairs has few spaces and fills fast, but the Teachers' Union lot in the upper right of photo 1 still had spots at 3 AM when the photo was taken. The hotel is also conveniently placed, a short walk from the monorail and right by the Kokusai-dori commercial area. The room has pots, pans, an induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine, though the facilities feel a bit dated. The bathroom and toilet had a faint musty smell that didn’t seem like something the cleaning staff could fix. The bed blankets and pillows didn’t seem old or smelly, though. That little 20-inch TV on the table did make me want to buy a bigger one for this guesthouse.
I booked through Agoda that same day, just for the first night since I was meeting a friend in Okinawa and hadn’t made plans. (lol) I’d emailed through the site to say I’d arrive after 10 PM, but got no confirmation. When I reached the building, I realized the check-in instructions hadn’t come through because it was a last-minute reservation. There was a contact number to the left of the main entrance, with nothing about Agoda on it, so I called. They kindly talked me through checking in and knew about my booking, so I got into my room. The room was clean and less than a minute from Kokusai Street. The next day I took a bus to Sefa Utaki, which was about a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction from Kokusai Street. I’d recommend the place for a longer, relaxing stay.
I’m on the first floor right now and can’t get in. The residents haven’t been given a key to enter the first floor!
