The location worked well for us, with the monorail, several bus stops, a 711, and grocery stores close by. Our room was roomy and had a microwave and fridge for groceries. The whole place was very clean and smelled lovely. My partner and I especially remember how warm Mariko Kawakami was when we arrived. She made us feel at home and suggested things to do and places to eat on a rainy day. I'd highly recommend staying here.

For the price, this was the best hotel overall. Everything was clean, and the bath and toilet were separate. We left a necklace behind the bed and couldn't reach it before we had to go. After we told the staff, they agreed to send it to our address without any trouble. A nice stay.

There were six of us visiting from Canada, jet lagged and a bit high maintenance, and we kept losing our cards and asking for extra towels. The staff handled everything really well and greeted us cheerfully every time we came through the door, at any hour. Several team members spoke very good English, too. They really care about their guests, and I'd recommend staying here.

The beds and pillows are very firm, and they stick strictly to the 3pm check-in time. Apart from that, it's a very good hotel, spotlessly clean, with daily towels and amenities. There was free coffee and juice in the lobby. The monorail and restaurants are less than a ten-minute walk away, with convenience stores nearby.
