Yukureba Maejima Hotel

The bilingual staff were so kind and accommodating, and the service was top notch. I'll always come back when I'm in Okinawa.

The neighborhood has plenty of delicious restaurants. We spent two weeks here, and everything was great, from the room to the facilities.

I'm planning to stay here, though I haven't visited yet. When booking, I asked in the comments for tuk-tuk transfers, but heard nothing back and had to call a week before the reservation to check. They told me the management had changed and the transfers were no longer available. Traveling with a baby makes getting around difficult, so I had chosen this hotel after seeing transfers included on the website. Without them, I would have considered other options. I was looking forward to the tuk-tuk and felt disappointed. The website could give people the wrong impression, and I think it should be updated. By then, the cancellation fee would have applied. Since it's close to Tomari Port and the room looked nice in the photos, I decided to keep the booking and am giving it three stars, with high hopes for the stay.
