The food really surprised me for the price. With the meal package, it felt like eating at a 5 star restaurant, and the room was huge, with tatami, extra futons, handy outlets and USB ports, plus separate toilet and shower rooms. It smelled very clean and the beds were comfortable. We booked two nights for my daughter's birthday and were very pleased. Parking was plentiful, there's a 7-11 connected to the lobby and a grocery store right across the street, and massages were available all day. The sauna and onsen were clean and quiet. The spacious room and food were my favorite parts. I'd definitely come back.

The public bath and staff were great. Our family room was clean and spacious, and I'd recommend it.

Breakfast was the worst part of our stay. It's listed as running from 7 to 10, but when we arrived at 9:30, the lady made us leave because she was cleaning from 9:40 to 10 😂😂. The price is fair for the location and the hotel's age, but calling it a “resort” is definitely too much. Definitely not recommended!

The room was comfortable, the price was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a 7-11 connected to the hotel. I'd stay again on my next trip and definitely recommend it, unless you just want to spend more money.

The staff were incredibly kind. They even helped me out by making a gluten-free breakfast!
