Majin-No-Tsubo

The rooms are comfortable and come in a good variety. The service was very good, and the food was great too.

Being able to have Russian food in Okinawa is one of the nice things about staying here. Breakfast was borscht, salad, and blinis, described as large Russian-style spring rolls. The room had a cozy, relaxing feel, and the guesthouse is run by very friendly Russians. You can walk to the beach, so heading there for a stroll after breakfast could be nice.

The inn's location made it easy to reach Nakijin Castle, Kouri Island, and Churaumi Aquarium, and the lady who runs it was friendly and explained how to get to the sights by bus. My only real complaint was the distance to the nearest convenience store, though there's a small shop about a 10-minute walk away. I stayed for three days and appreciated the hospitality. The room was spacious enough for one person, decorated mostly in green with a stylish, calming feel. It seemed quite luxurious, with a TV and air conditioning. The toilet and shower were shared; the toilet was just outside my room, and using the shower wasn't inconvenient.

The proprietress is from Russia and was very kind, sharing lots of stories with us. Set beside the road in Imadomari, Nakijin Village, the inn is peaceful and beautiful, with the beach and village nearby to enjoy. It felt like just the right place to unwind in Imadomari. I'd definitely stay here again.
