The room was huge, with a spacious parking garage and all the amenities. It even had a massage chair, ceiling speakers, a jacuzzi bathtub and adult items for guests who want them. Breakfast was included and brought to my room at the time I chose. The front desk woman was lovely and tried every way she could to communicate with English speakers.

The best place!

The receptionist was really friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I chose the Western option, though Japanese food and pancakes were available too. But the room had a very strong moldy smell that was hard to bear. I sprayed the room deodorizer around, and the smell was still strong. The bathroom was spacious, but I wish it hadn't smelled moldy, and the wallpaper was peeling and hanging from the ceiling.

I was here on a business trip for three nights. At check-in they asked whether I wanted the room cleaned, but when I got back on the second day it hadn't been done. Breakfast was delivered at 5:30am without checking with me first. I don't think I'll stay here again.

I was on a business trip and was glad to find an inexpensive hotel, since Nara hotels are all costly with the tourism demand. But it turned out to be an ordinary love hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.
