The room felt massive after the tiny one we’d had in Osaka, and it was quite large by Japanese standards. The location was handy for everything we needed, right beside the park, with deer often just outside. I was worried at first because there’s no staff for check-in, but the process was easy and went smoothly. We loved staying here!

There’s nobody on site and nowhere to leave your bags. Check-in is strictly at 3 p.m., so now I’m stuck walking around with luggage for three hours. If there’s no staff, why aren’t there lockers to rent? I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you can’t drop your bags and go enjoy the area before check-in. This is horrible.

The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, with useful amenities, and getting in and out was easy. The location is ideal for a visit to Deer Park. One problem: there’s barely room to hang towels, so only one person can put theirs in the bathroom.

Apart from this, it was a nice place to stay. There was some random black stuff across nearly both beds, though, and it left marks. I’m not sure what it was.

Everything was easy, from check-in to checkout. The room and bath were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the climate control worked well. Great location too, so we had a great stay.
