I loved staying here. It’s cosy, has plenty of amenities, and there’s a garden out back. Nara station is very close.

The house has a lovely old character, while the facilities feel thoroughly modern. It’s right off the main road to Nara Park and very close to JR Nara Station. Kintetsu Nara Station is a bit farther away, though that didn’t bother us. After checkout we realized we’d left something behind. The host went out of his way to help get it back to us. We had a great stay.

I was worried the room might be cold, but it was warm and cozy. They even turned on the floor heating before I checked in, which was so nice. The owner is really kind, too. Best stay!

We were surprised by how good the place was for the price. There was room for more than ten people to sleep, and the bathtub was a highlight. They’d thought of little things too, like brewed coffee and a small water purifier. The staff were really friendly, and honestly, I’d come back to Nara just to stay here again.
