We spent two weeks in Japan and stayed here during the visit with our 15-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter. What made the stay so special was a Thai-speaking woman who looked after us. She was the kindest, sweetest, most caring person we've ever met, and she made the trip the best for our family. Every morning as we left and every night when we came back from activities, she greeted us. The kids would run over and hug her each night. No matter whether it was day or night, she was always there helping people. When we think of Grand Hotel Narita Airport, we think of her. It wouldn't have been the same without her. She truly is an angel.

A cute place to stay, with roomy accommodation and everything you need. A lovely, friendly woman helped us find our room/cabin. The nearest convenience store is about 2km up the road, so bring food if you don't want to walk. Otherwise, a great stay!

A++ for the room, which is basically your own apartment. The woman who looks after the property is amazing, a godsend, and I'd highly recommend the place. The only downside is that you need an Uber to get to the airport to catch the train.

Cozy place with nice staff, and it's cheap with everything you need. Getting there is a little harder without a car. With a car, five stars.

What a lovely setting, surrounded by natural beauty.
