Irene really made our stay special. She showed us where to go, clearly explained the train routes, and suggested places to visit even though we hadn’t asked. We chose not to have our room cleaned, and when she heard that, she thoughtfully sent extra towels, bottled water, and even face lotions. I hope management recognizes her wonderful service. The reception team were friendly, accommodating, and always smiling. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly. Hotel Mystays Premier Narita was spotless, well maintained, and comfortable, with clean, quiet, relaxing rooms and a welcoming, professional feel. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

The room and building felt a little dated, though the older feel in some areas didn’t affect comfort. This is more of a place to stay, rest, and go, so it’s not ideal if you’re after nightlife or lots of places to eat nearby. I found Hotel Mystays Premier Narita very convenient for Narita Airport, especially for an early flight or late arrival. The free shuttle from the airport and JR Narita Station made the trip simple, without taxi or luggage hassles. My room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough, with a comfortable bed and the basics I needed: free Wi-Fi, a fridge, and a safe. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was tidy and practical for a short stay. The buffet had a nice range of Japanese and Western food, and I thought it was good value for the price. It was a relaxed way to start the day before heading to the airport. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the polite, helpful reception staff clearly answered my questions about shuttle times.

We booked HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Narita after a 13 hr flight because the photos showed clean, comfortable rooms. In person, the room looked as advertised, the facilities seemed well maintained, and the staff were consistently polite and professional. But while staying on the 4th floor, we found bed bugs in our room. It was very concerning, and we had to wash and heat-dry all our belongings to avoid bringing anything home. That understandably affected our experience. The hotel has stayed in touch and has been courteous throughout.

The public bath was a nice paid extra, a relaxing Japanese-style bathing experience. Breakfast was another highlight, with local dishes and omelettes made fresh in front of you. The lobby convenience store is open 24 hours, and the airport shuttle was handy. I arrived after an international flight and had a great stay. My room was spotless, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly after a long journey. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Narita Airport.
