Fuji Midori-No Kyukamura

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and warm, but the hotel is far from everything and buses don't come often. They do run a shuttle to and from nearby Karaguchiko station every hour. Still, communication from staff was really poor. We had arranged the shuttle by email, then waited outside in the cold with no word from the hotel. They only came after we called to ask where they were. We were also charged to use the Onsen at the hotel next door, but nobody told us beforehand that people with tattoos aren't allowed in. We didn't feel very welcome during our stay.
