The staff were so warm and attentive, and they listened to what I asked for. Every dish I tried was delicious, and I really enjoyed the open-air bath too. It left me with such a good memory that I definitely want to come back.

The food is decent, but it's a shame you can't bathe whenever you feel like it. I also don't get why drinks are charged separately and brought later. Couldn't they bring them all together at the end?

We came for my mother's birthday because there aren't many places that take day-trip bookings. I'd read the reviews beforehand, and the visit matched what they said. The vending machine was unplugged, so even after it was set up I couldn't buy anything, and even water cost extra. Once we'd finished bathing, I checked out right away. The food, bath, and service all feel quite expensive.

I've stayed there twice, and the charges for water still puzzle me. Filtered water was over 1,000 yen and natural spring water was 1,000 yen. Why charge for water at all? Kim⭕️ku bragged about staying with a group. The open-air bath was often occupied by other people, so each time I went I found them bathing and couldn't use it. The food was fried in a way that avoided using a knife as much as possible. It looked nice, but was awkward to eat. The view felt vintage and open, though really it was just a field. The price didn't feel justified to me. The owner talks a lot and likes to brag at length.
