Friendly service, and the rooms were warm and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was fast, and it was easy to get to local sights.

A few years have gone by since our stay two years ago, but this inn still comes up as a great place when we talk about that trip. The mascot cat was adorable, and the food was delicious. We had dinner in our room, with a wide range of dishes, and breakfast was a relaxed buffet in a separate seating area. It was such a good stay that I suddenly remembered it and wanted to write a review. I'd like to return.

The cat at reception was so friendly and comforting that I kept thinking I wanted to stay one more night. This was my first time in Nasu Highlands, and it turned into a wonderful trip. I'll come back with friends in the summer. We were moved to a different room than planned because of circumstances, but the staff were considerate throughout and made us comfortable. I actually felt we were treated better than expected. Our welcome drink included alcohol, and my partner and I, who love a drink, were excited to enjoy it all day. But the half-buffet dinner was so good that we focused on eating instead. I wanted to try everything, but couldn't fit it all in. The local ingredients were excellent. Breakfast was satisfying too, with curry, beef bowl, fried chicken, rice, and bread. It was all delicious, and I was surprised to learn the bread was homemade.
