The food was the reason I picked this pension, and it absolutely lived up to that. Dinner was unforgettable: candlelight and piano made it romantic, the ingredients were delicious, and every course across both nights was excellent. There was plenty of variety, and I didn't dislike a single thing. The cocktails were nice too. Breakfast was good, though dinner was the highlight. Probably the best hotel food I've had. I'm glad I chose this over a big hotel with a busy buffet. We stayed for two nights. The owners were friendly and gave us our space. Our room was basic but comfortable, with a nice bed and a view of the safari park. I liked having a chair, table, and dressing table, a welcome change from the usual little business hotel room. The bath was great as well, though we couldn't use both baths because the wooden one was closed. I hope we can return for that amazing food. Thanks to the owners.

We slept really well, and even though I'm tall and large, I fit comfortably in both the beds and bathroom. The room window also looked out on a selection of zoo animals. The staff were very polite and clearly did their best, and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. There was a great drinks selection, too. It's a lovely little hotel with comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, and a cozy, traditionally decorated feel. I'd love to come back. Thank you.
