The staff, food, and location were all nice, and there’s plenty to do inside, including karaoke, a bowling lane, a kids’ corner, a Game Center, table tennis, and a souvenir shop. I’d recommend it to anyone.

There are three buildings, and some are newer than others. Our room was roomy, with comfortable beds, and it was nice to have several onsen baths to choose from. There’s ping-pong, a manga room, a kids’ playroom, and game rooms too. I liked being able to pick our yukata size, and they had slippers for the kids. The lounges by the bath areas offered free drinks, including soft drinks and alcohol like beer, wine, and chi-hi.

The onsen was really relaxing, and the buffet had enough choices to please everyone. The rooms are a little dated, but roomy and comfortable. A great option for a stay in Shiobara.

A lovely place to stay. Toiletries and yukata are available at reception, though WiFi only reaches the lobby, not the rooms.

This was my first onsen, and I loved it. The rooms were spacious, with amazing views of the mountains and surrounding area, and the food was delicious. I found the onsen really relaxing and would definitely return.
