Kinugawa Station Front

We had a pleasant stay in Building D. It was very clean, and the air conditioning in each room kept us warm. The kids were absorbed in the theater at night, and it was handy to have a Tsuruha Drugstore nearby. All the cooking utensils were supplied. For laundry, the indoor dryer handled even thick hoodies well, and there were plenty of detergents and drying racks, which helped with children. There are toilets on both floors, plus a sink upstairs. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed five days and four nights with my parents and elderly relatives. The place was clean inside and out, and everything was provided, though bigger bowls would have helped. There were only cups and soy sauce containers, which made meals a bit inconvenient. The check-in process was a hassle: we had to photograph our passports and ourselves, then enter our address in English on the tablet in the room. It might be especially difficult for older guests on their own. If you’re coming by car, it’s fine, but on foot there are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, so I’d shop before checking in.

We had a spacious, comfortable stay in Building C with eight people for one night during Obon. The room had a projector, refrigerator, microwave, and even tableware, so it was well equipped for the price. Email replies came quickly, which helped us feel at ease, and self check-in was especially convenient during the COVID-19 pandemic when infection was a concern. The English check-in guide was one drawback, and the parking lot felt a little small.

I stayed in Building A and was impressed by how thoroughly it had been cleaned. The location is very convenient for tourist spots, convenience stores, and supermarkets, and I’d definitely stay again. There was a bathroom dryer and washing machine with detergent, along with bath towels, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. My shoes got soaked in the typhoon, so I was especially grateful for the shoe dryer. All the dishes and utensils were there too, so there was nothing extra I needed to bring.
