We slept really well here, better than we have in ages. The room had two futons on tatami mats, which was just right for us. It's very close to the train station, too. We kept the glass sliding door open overnight and shut the screen for some fresh air. I'd happily recommend staying here.

The rooms are roomy and clean, with a fridge and microwave, though there were no yukatas. Our Japanese-style room might have been a better choice. The bed we had was old and dusty. Service didn't impress us much either. When we asked about onsens nearby, they told us to search online ourselves. Then a phone call came to remind us checkout was in 20 minutes, which we didn't like.

The rooms are larger than usual and the property seems fairly new. Staff were humble and the location was good, with an Onsen right next door. The downside is the hotel sits on a busy road, so you can hear vehicles going past.

The room was very spacious, with tatami and air conditioning. It also had a microwave, a small fridge, flat-screen TV, hair dryer, and dehumidifier. The bathroom was roomy as well. Kinugawaonsen station is nearby, and Lawson is just across the train tracks.

We stayed for two nights and found it a nice, simple place to try a Japanese-style room. The host did his best to help us and was very attentive, setting up our beds each day and leaving two bottles of mineral water per day. Really great service.
