A really friendly couple runs the place, and it’s clean and well cared for. Even though it’s by the main road, we couldn’t hear the cars inside. I’m guessing the sound insulation is good.

The owners were wonderful with us and our two elementary school-aged kids during the October 2025 three-day weekend. It rained on our first day, and after we checked in, we mentioned we planned to take the SL Taiju train. They suggested driving to the nearest parking area. We ended up walking, but when we got back by taxi, they simply greeted us with, “Welcome back!” The room had a simple, uncluttered design that felt very relaxing. Their thoughtful service made us comfortable, and we’d definitely like to stay again.

I was traveling alone in Tochigi and was very happy with this place for a one-night stay. The Japanese-Western room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Basic amenities were provided, and all I needed was sleepwear, which was available to rent. For the price, I thought the comfort was excellent value. It’s within walking distance of the station and has free parking, with easy access to places like Nikko Edomura and Tobu World Square. It worked well as a sightseeing base. If you’re looking for a hot spring, I’d suggest booking a stay that includes nearby "Hanare no Yu Akebi." Sauna fans can also easily stop by "Suprasu," which is close enough to walk to. The grounds have a lovely, well-kept garden, a garden cafe, and a BBQ space that look suited to families and groups. Even a short walk around the garden was relaxing. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient for sightseeing and hot springs, and I’d stay here again.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the room was clean and roomy. I was glad I chose this place after going to Saplus and a yakiniku restaurant. The convenience store was far away, so I worried about running out of snacks, but they brought alcohol and snacks to my room. The hot fries were delicious. I’ll definitely come again!
