The rooms had more space than we expected, and the views in the morning made them even nicer. We stayed at Hotel Resort Inn Niseko last December 2025, and the simple, cozy setting felt welcoming and well cared for. Sakura, Karin and James were so friendly and accommodating, and their excellent English made everything easy. James' desserts were heavenly. Sakura even drove us to Hirafu so we wouldn't get lost, which we really appreciated. We'd happily come back for the warm hospitality and comfortable stay.

The rooms were spotless and the temperature was comfortable. I loved the breakfast they made each day, and the staff were so kind and helpful. It's a peaceful little inn, a bit away from the busier parts of Niseko, which made it feel quiet and cozy even during peak ski season 🧡🧡

Dave-san and his boss made our anniversary trip to Niseko really memorable. We had a lovely stay, and we'll see you next time!

It's a bit of a drive to Niseko or Rusutsu hut, but I still had another pleasant stay thanks to Dave and his wife. They were both kind and provided great service. I'll be back in summer with my motorbike.

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the Niseko mountain range ski resorts, but I think it's good value for the money, including the services. The homey warmth and peaceful natural surroundings are what keep making my stays in Niseko so wonderful.
